So for Thanksgiving I made Peanut Butter Pie, I made it today so if could chill overnight. So first things first, get your ingredients together.
You need:
1 package of Cream Cheese.
1/2 a cup, plus 1 tablespoon, of Peanut Butter.
1 package of Vanilla Flavored Instant Pudding Mix.
1 tub of Cool Whip.
1Oreo Pie Crust.
3 squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate.
Beat the Cream Cheese and 1/2 a cup of Peanut Butter in mixer until it's blended really well. Then add the milk and pudding mix and beat it for 2 minutes. Whisk in one-half of the tub of Cool Whip, then spoon it into the pie crust and place it in the refrigerator. It'll look like this:
After you put that away, put the rest of the Cool Whip and the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat it up for a 1 1/2 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted. It will look like this before you microwave it:
And like this after you microwave it:
Then microwave 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in a small bowl. After the chocolate mixture is completely cool, spread it over the pie. Then take a fork and drizzle the peanut butter you just microwaved over top of that. Put the pie back in the fridge. When it's done it should look like this:
Have a great day and a happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry!
I'm so so so sorry! A lot of stuff has been going on lately. My grandma wasn't doing good this weekend, but she's a little better now. And I've been swamped with school work, Algebra 2 is a killer.
On the bright side, Thanksgiving's next week! Yay! Thanksgiving's one of my favorite holidays! It's in the top two, Christmas is number one. I love staring at the lights on the tree! Yes, I know that sounds like something a small child would do, but I've loved doing it since I was little. I can't wait to start decorating my house! Yes, we haven't done it yet. We don't want to seam weird so we always want until the day after Thanksgiving, after we're done shopping, to decorate. So if I remember, I'll post pic's of our house after we decorate!
Have a nice night!

Thing That Make Me Happy....
So, last night I read Janae's latest post on The Letter 4-Be Happy! and I got inspired! So I decided to make a list of things that make me happy! Who knows, maybe some of them make you happy too....
1. Music. Whenever I have a bad day, or am in a bad mood I listen to music. I've always loved music, when I was little I used to make up song on the way home in the car, and I would sing them for my family. lol
2. Those rare moments when my Big Brother does, or says, something that makes me think "Wow, he really does love me..." Like I said, their very rare, but when they do happen all I want to do is smile.
3. Jet Planes......Yes, Jet Planes, they fly over my house a lot. It makes me smile! :) But, I have no idea why.....=/
4. My dog. When I'm stressed, or sad, or mad, I cuddle with him. Instant stress reliever!
5. Laughing. I LOVE to laugh! I get really silly sometimes, for no reason, and just laugh my butt off! Another instant stress reliever! lol
6. Writhing in my journal. I had never done it before until my Awesome cousin, Jose (He's super awesome! lol), gave me the idea. It really works!
7. Those times when I say "What the heck!" And stop worrying about what people think about me and do what I want to do. (Doesn't happen often, but it does happen...)
This list could go on for a long time, so I'll stop it here. lol I'm going to try and post something else soon!
Have a nice night!

Blueberry Cobbler......
So last week I made my Great-Great Grandma's Blueberry Cobbler.....Mm....Yummy. You can make it with Peach's, Blackberries, or Cherries. And you can use fresh, canned or frozen fruit, but if you used canned, DO NOT USE Pie Filling! It's too thick.
So first you need Blueberries (use about two packs or more, Mine were frozen this time.)
Then add about (or less if you like it tangy, which I do, but my mom doesn't =( )1cup of sugar to them, and mix:
Now set that a side and get to work on the dough:
You need 1/2 a stick of butter, and 1/2 a cup of sugar. Cream that together then add 1 egg and mix that together.
It should look like this after you do that.....
Then add 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder, 1 1/2 cups of flour and about 1 cup of milk and mix it together. Then after your done with that, take your dish's and put some Blueberries into them. {I used Ramekins this time (You can buy then at target, walmart, or kohls if you don't have any) but you can use a casserole dish too.}
*Preheat the oven to 350, almost forgot to tell you that part! lol*
You fill them about half full, like so:
Then you put batter on top of that, (I used a cookie scoop and spread it with a spoon.)
Now, if your messy like I am, your gonna get some batter on the sides of the dish. You can leave it be if you want, or you can use a damp paper towel to get it off. (Or your finger....)
Then you place all of your Ramekins on a cookie sheet and place them in the oven. My Nanny didn't give me a time for how long your supposed to bake them (My Great-Great Grandma never gave her a time ether, so she didn't know....) So you just pop them in and keep a watch on it, when the crust starts turning brown it should be done. You can poke a tooth pick into the batter and when it comes out clean its done.
*Note: While I was making these I was listening to Muppet's: The Green Album! I LOVE the Muppet's!*
*Ok, I just saw today at Target that you can buy Ramekins for 2.50!! And their in different colors!! They have Orange, Brown, Green, and I think I saw white too. Here's what the box look's like: *
Ok, that's all for this post! Have a good night!
