Wookiee The Chew......

Ok, for all of you with a nerdy Star Wars lovein' side (Or Firefly lovein' side, I have both. =P) You'll love James Hance. His drawing's are amazingly adorable! I really want Wookiee The Chew!! It's so cute!!

I mean, look how adorable that is!!!! Wookiee The Chew combines Star Wars and Winnie The Pooh in a super adorable book. (I love them both, I blame the love of Star Wars on my Big Brother. He corrupted me when I was little. lol)

Nicholas Sparks......

Ok, so I'm obsessed with Nicholas Sparks books. (I blame Amy.) Anyway, I've been reading 'Message In A Bottle' And I have a very, very, very bad feeling about the ending. It's not that the book isn't good! Because it is, trust me, I don't think Nicholas Sparks could ever write a bad book. It's just I have a feeling that by the last four or five chapters or so ,I'll be crying my eyes out! I know, I know, how sad is that?! But I can't help it! Read 'The Guardian' or 'At First Sight' and see if you don't cry your eyes out at the end like I did!!!! But, that's one of the reasons why I love his writing so much!!! If you can make me cry, then you are one of the best writers in the world!! lol So, check him out and let me know what you think!!

Tie-Dye Cupcakes With Noah And Jimmy.......

Today we made The Letter 4's MASSIVE Volcanic Cupcakes!!!!

And we made my Nanny's icing to go with it. Yummy........

You need 2 pounds of Powdered Sugar (I know it sounds like a lot, but just go with it, please? For me?) , 1 teaspoon or more Vanilla Extract and Almond Extract, 1 cup of Shorting and 1 stick of Butter, and 1/2 a cup of water. Cream the butter and shorting together, then add the sugar and water and extract. *Note: This is not the original recipe, the original recipe is a family recipe and I think it should stay that way....*

And BAM! This is what you get.

Margarita Monday!!!

So, today we made Margarita's!! (Virgin Margarita's, just so you know! =P) Their soooo good!!! I could drink it all day!!

First: you need 4 limes, 1 lemon, 1 orange, water, sugar, and this syrupie stuff. (It's call 'Agave Nectar' we got it at walmart for like 3 bucks, you can find it in baking section.)
You have to put 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and the zest from the orange in a pan, and bring it to a boil then strain it. And  measure 1 cup of the orange syrup. (Aka, the stuff you just made.) Juice the limes, you need a half of a cup of the limes juice. Place the lime juice and the orange syrup in a blender with the juice of half of the lemon, 3/4 a cup of water, 1/4 a cup of the Agave Nectar. Add a cup and half of ice, then blend! *If you want frozen Margarita's, add 6 cup's of ice*

This is what it looks like after you take out of the blender. 

We wanted to make our glasses look fancy, so we put the juice from the other half of the lemon and dipped our glasses in it.

Then we dipped it in some sugar and salt.

Bam! You get an awesome looking fancy glass!

Then you fill you shaker with ice.

Then you pour the Margarita into the shaker.

Then you shake! This is Jimmy, he's single ladies! if your interested email me! lol

Then you fill the glasses. Yummy......
