Jedi Braid...

So, I went to see Star Wars: Episode 1 in 3D with my brothers this weekend........Annnnd I wish I had put a Jedi Braid in my hair when we went to see it....but I didn't, so I did it today! And I'm going to tell you how.
First: Put you hair up into a pony tail.
Second: Take a sectioned of hair from behind your ear and pull it out of your pony tail. Like so:

Third: Braid that sectioned of hair. Then take down you pony tail. Annnnnd!

There you have it! An Obi-Wan Jedi Braid! (But, mine doesn't look as good as Ewan Mcgregor's)......Nerdy I know, but I think it looks cute.....And it makes me want to watch Star Wars! lol
*Also, you probably notice I showed you the other side of my head in the first pic, that's because I already had the braid on the other side of my head! lol*

I'm a Auntie!!! My sweet little Nephew was born on the 24th!

His name is John Douglas Wood III. And he is so cute! I love him to death already! :)

My brother (His daddy.) teased that he was going to call him J3P0. Ya know, like C3P0?! lol

He's such a sweet baby. And he smells so good! I love how babies smell.....and he's so soft! Perfect to cuddle with! :D

Randomness Number 2......

I know, I'm awful! I just can't come up with anything to post, or I'll start a post and then trash it....Oh, well. *Note: This post is going to be random. You have been warned! lol*
Anyway. My Sis In-law still hasn't had the Jelly Bean yet! He's too stubborn....Hhhhmmm....Sounds like his momma and his daddy! lol
Also, I'm getting really sick of my hair! It's gotten to the length where I just keep it in a pony-tail at all times. About three *Maybe four, or more* years ago I had super long hair, it came half way down my back. And then I cut it.....And ever since then I've never grown it out past my shoulders. (Maybe a little past my shoulders, but no more than that.) And I keep telling myself "Your not going to get it cut, your growing it out again if it kills you!" lol
My dream is to have long-curly-beautiful-not-frizzy-at-all!-hair. Like this:

Yea, it doesn't looks too bad. But I never have it down any more. So I'm thinking about getting is cut....I thought this was cute:

I'm always looking for something different than I've had before, so if you guys have any suggestions let me know! I'd really like it if you did! :) *Just no Lady-Gagme hair cuts, please!*

What did 2011 teach You??

Sorry I've been M.I.A. :/

So, Happy new year!
2011 had it's up's and it had it's down's.

The up's:
I passed the test and got my learners!
I found out I'm going to be an Auntie.
I stopped driving like a granny and drove through town.
I got to see some of my cousins, who I hadn't see in years.
I met new people.

The down:
My Grandma passed away the week before Christmas...I miss her so much already, but I know she's in a better place now. She had problems with her health for so long, and had gone through so much. We knew it was going to happen for awhile now, but it still hits you hard when it does happen.

Now I have a question for you. You don't have to tell me the answer if you don't want too, I just want you to think about it.

What has 2011 taught you?.....Maybe it didn't teach you anything thing, but for me?
2011 and all of the things that have happened during that year taught me to slow down, step back and enjoy little moments. Try not to miss anything....Because you never know what you have until it's gone.

What was inside!

So, I finally got to open my present! Here's what I got:

Yay! And they got my Ann Mullen book autographed! And I also got some shoes from them too:

So cute right?! And my Awesome Brother got me an awesome present!

And I have been obsessively playing it since I got it! It's so much fun!

Temptation....

So, my Birthday is next week, but my party is Saturday. And my Mom and Dad have already got my present, and it's sitting beside their bed....And it's taunting me. It's saying "Open me Brittany, you know you want too!" I mean look at! It's talking to me right now!

And I want to open it so bad! But my mom told me I have to wait until my party....BOO!
The main reason I want to open it so bad is because I don't know what it is. I know, I'm not supposed to know what it is. But I'm normally really good at predicting what I'm going to get. But this year, I have no clue what it is! And for that reason, I want to rip the stupid tissue paper out of that bag and see whats inside! I know, I sound like a crazy person right now......Oh well! lol

I'll post a pic of whats inside after I open it. And I'll post pics on the high lights of my party!

Peanut Butter Pie

So for Thanksgiving I made Peanut Butter Pie, I made it today so if could chill overnight. So first things first, get your ingredients together.

You need:
1 package of Cream Cheese.
1/2 a cup, plus 1 tablespoon, of Peanut Butter.
1 package of Vanilla Flavored Instant Pudding Mix.
1 tub of Cool Whip.
1Oreo Pie Crust.
3 squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate.
Beat the Cream Cheese and 1/2 a cup of Peanut Butter in mixer until it's blended really well. Then add the milk and pudding mix and beat it for 2 minutes. Whisk in one-half of the tub of Cool Whip, then spoon it into the pie crust and place it in the refrigerator. It'll look like this:

After you put that away, put the rest of the Cool Whip and the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat it up for a 1 1/2 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted. It will look like this before you microwave it:

Then microwave 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in a small bowl. After the chocolate mixture is completely cool, spread it over the pie. Then take a fork and drizzle the peanut butter you just microwaved over top of that. Put the pie back in the fridge. When it's done it should look like this:
